We want to make the puppy buying process as easy as possible for you. Below are some of our frequently asked questions. If you have an questions that are not on this page, please don't hesitate to reach out to us by using the "Contact Us" page.

What is the $105 deposit for?

The deposit is $105.00 for your new puppy (5.00 is for the Paypal processing fee). No pups are held without putting a deposit down, unless you have spoken to the breeder and arrangement have been made. If you've made prior arrangements, the breeder will need to contact us to put that puppy on hold for you. If the breeder does not contact us, then that pup still be available for sale. If you've not made prior arrangements, please select the puppy you wish to purchase and we will put the breeder in contact with you. The $100.00 deposit, will come off the price of the puppy and the full remaining balance is due at time of pick up within one week of deposit. If for some reason you do not want the pup you put a deposit on, you may switch your deposit to another pup of your choice. All deposits are non-refundable.

Do all puppies come with a health guarantee?

Not all puppies come with a health guarantee. If they do, it will be stated in the description. If you choose a puppy that does come with a guarantee, the breeder will go over the details with you upon the pickup of your new family member.

Your new puppy should be checked by a licensed veterinarian within 48 hours (2 business days) of purchase. If there is any issues with pup after the vet check, please contact the breeder you purchased the pup from.

If your puppy should die within 48 hours, an autopsy from a state veterinary lab is required for replacement of the puppy. No Warranty on hypoglycemia (low blood sugar). Make sure you feed your puppy often to prevent this. Please spay & neuter your pet. Due to health reasons, we recommend that you spay your female pups.
 
Anything else that comes with pup will be stated in each individual puppy description. Please be sure to keep the breeder's name, number and address for your records.

What shipping options do I have for my new puppy?

Shipping is available to most locations, however, the buyer assumes all expenses. Shipping by air is estimated to start at $400.00. The price for shipping may vary depending on location the puppy is going to and the pups size, weight and breed.  The cost for shipping by air includes a health certificate from the vet, travel crate, transportation to airport and airline ticket for your new family member.

We reserve the right to determine when the puppy will be shipped. We try to get them on their way to you as soon as possible, but weather conditions, puppy development, or hazardous driving conditions may delay this process. Your puppy will not ship unless we feel the conditions are safe.

We also offer door-to-door delivery by vehicle. This price will vary depending on your location.
