English Boston

This designer breed is a cross between an English Bulldog and a Boston Terrier.  The first known breeding of this cross dates back to 1865, but was not formally recognized by the American Kennel Club until 1893. They are very lovable and incredibly friendly. Their stout body is a defining characteristic for this breed. These dogs are incredibly family oriented and devoted to their loved ones. English Bostons are known to be a very high energy dog when they are young and tend to slow down as they age.

Generally, English Boston puppies grow to be anywhere from 15-18 inches tall and 20-35 pounds. They are in a low activity category, as they do not need as much exercise as dogs with higher temperaments.
